No restrictions on the number of profiles with the possibility of different management permissions, depending on the role you play in the beach clubs and resorts.

- Compatibility with fiscal network printers: the system, if interfaced with a compatible fiscal network printer, has been developed in order to automatically issue the fiscal receipt or pre-account.
- Event management: possibility to insert events or promotions dedicated to your customers and print them through the printer, in order to use the pre-account or receipt as a means of communication.
- Voucher management: through YourBeach it is possible to manage customers who pay with hotel vouchers or manage any convention prices.
- Customer details: at the time of booking you can optionally enter the customer details, or this is collected during the online registration of those who purchase the service from home.

Food is the app designed for the management of the restaurant and orders from the beach umbrella or table, so as to provide a digital menu to its customers and speed up the work of the entire restaurant. Food can be reached by its customers through a link and does not require you to download an application.

- Catering management. In order to optimise the management of the beach and the restaurant YourBeach has developed Food, a real restaurant management system with the possibility to manage tables and take-away.
- System of ordering and payment via smartphone. It allows its customers to order and pay directly from the beach umbrella with their smartphone in a quick and intuitive way.
- Possibility of delivery or collection at checkout. Through Food we can decide whether to deliver the order to the customer directly under the umbrella, or we can tell him when it is ready by notification and have the order picked up at the bar. In this way, customers do not have to queue unnecessarily at the checkout and at the restaurant, but can pick up their order once it is ready.
- Possibility to block orders. At peak times, it is possible to block the take away and reactivate it as soon as you are ready to receive other orders.
- Quick checkout. TakeAway also provides a quick checkout, with the main products from the restaurant or kiosk, so you can manage your checkout quickly.
- Warehouse management. Possibility to manage the warehouse and any alerts in case the products are running out.
- Kitchen orders management. Food, thanks to the integration with the main order printers, allows the management of all orders placed by sending them directly to the kitchen or product reference department.
