The first ten days of August will see the highly anticipated Summer Jamboree, the super popular International Festival dedicated to the music and culture of 1940s and 1950s America, return to Senigallia again this year.
Now in its twenty-fifth year, the Summer Jamboree can be considered Europe’s largest festival of its kind, as well as boasting the record of attendance recorded for each edition worldwide.
A true international landmark for fans of the 1950s, who flock to Senigallia each year with their colorful skirts and jelly in their hair, but also a major attraction for audiences who want to experience immersing themselves in the Grease years by participating in a lively and colorful, one-of-a-kind experience.
The 2025 edition will be held Aug. 1-10, and in addition to a full schedule of super concerts, it will include lots of DJ sets from noon to dawn spread throughout the city, free dance classes, Dance Camp with the world’s best swing and rock’n’roll dancers, Hawaiian Beach, Burlesque Show, Vintage Market with lots of selected exhibitors, and Barber Shop for Fonzie-style haircuts and hairstyles.
The ten-day American Dream 1940s and 1950s event involves the entire city of Senigallia from the historic center to the waterfront.
Concerts, street food, dance spaces, record hops, the Rockin’ Village Vintage Market and Oldtimers are hosted in the city center between Garibaldi Square, Foro Annonario, Rocca Roveresca, Duke Square and Simoncelli Square.
On the waterfront, however, are the Beach-side Record Hop and Hawaiian Beach, where you can start the day with crazy music, and the Rotonda a Mare where the after-festivals take place.
Finally, the Dance Camp is divided between the city center and the Rotonda a Mare.
