This year, why not decide to travel lighter? More and more people are rediscovering the pleasures of a simple lifestyle, choosing to experience the beach in a <strong>minimalist<\/strong> way, with a few essential items and a great desire for lightness.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The philosophy is clear: <strong>take only the essentials with you<\/strong>, to lighten your body and mind and really enjoy the sea.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What are the advantages of a minimal beach?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Less weight, more freedom.<\/strong>  Not having to lug around heavy bags means moving more nimbly and finding room even on the quietest stretches of beach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Less stress, more presence.<\/strong>  Without a thousand objects to control, attention returns to the here and now: the sound of the waves, the smell of salt, the warmth of the sun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A gesture for the environment.<\/strong>  Fewer objects also means less plastic, less waste and less impact on coastlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>So here are what items are really essential for a day at the beach <\/strong>if you are without children and no swimming in the sea with your head underwater is planned.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Microfiber towel<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lightweight, compact, quick-drying. Takes up very little space and performs its function perfectly. Best made of recycled or sustainable fabrics.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Sun protection.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A single sunscreen with protection appropriate to your phototype, water-resistant and if possible in spray format for more convenient application. No need to bring your entire beauty case. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Hat and glasses<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To protect head and eyes in the hottest hours. Better a hat made of breathable, collapsible fabric and goggles with certified UV filters. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Water (in reusable water bottle)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never forget hydration.
